Grinch Cupcakes

So I’m on a bit of a Grinch kick this year.

Making this Grinch bingo game was so much fun, I decided to do some other Grinch-y projects, too.

Then I saw these really cute Grinch cupcakes on Pinterest but couldn’t find a source so decided I had to make them for myself.

While I was searching for that recipe I found this one that had a heart baked into the middle of the cupcake. How awesome is that?

So of course, I always have to be a little extra, and do both!

Which means that this Grinch cupcakes recipe takes way longer to make than most of my recipes do.

It’s not particularly hard. But there are a ton of steps!
